During the 2021 legislative session Nevada became a Presidential Preference Primary state. The first Presidential Preference Primary will be in 2024. Regulations and details will be forthcoming, however in short the Registrar of Voters office will be conducting an primary election to determine the presidential nomination from the State of Nevada.
