Resides in Washoe County: No, you do not need to register every year. Once you are registered you remain active even if you don’t participate in a previous election.

Out of Washoe County:  If you reside/own a home in Washoe County but are out of the country, you must submit a Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) each calendar year in which you wish to vote by mail.
