How long does it take for my plans to be reviewed?

Permit Techs will be placing due date on the plans based on the following max. timelines (working days):
- 7 days for Corrections
- 7 days for Revisions
-10 days for Expedited Permits (any disaster)
- 10 days for Express Permits, including Solar (Hot water and PV’s)
- 15 days for new SFD; T.I.’s and Large Garages
- 30 days Large Custom Homes & Large Commercial
