The application you would use for a solar permit is determined by the use of the property. Just either the residential application or commercial application will be required. (Washoe311 can find this in the Forms subfolder under the Washoe311 SharePoint Folder labeled "Residential Application Fillable"). Then, the submittal is done through the OneNV.us portal, instructions on how to submit to this email can be found in the Washoe311 Forms subfolder as well titled "Online Permit Submittal Instructions".
