Passport Services Information
Washoe County accepts passport applications by appointment only, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Payment: A check or money order will be required for passport fees made payable to the U.S. Department of State. The Washoe County processing fees are a separate fee and payable by cash, check, or credit card.
Identification: You will be required to submit a valid photo identification and proof of citizenship when applying. If your photo identification is not real ID compliant, please bring additional identification documents.
Passport for Minors: If you are submitting an application for a minor, both of the parents and the minor must be present.
