As of November 3, 2025, the Second Judicial District Court transitioned to Averhealth for drug and alcohol testing services within Pretrial Services and Specialty Court Programs. Averhealth is a nationally recognized provider specializing in substance use monitoring, with a focus on reliability, accountability, and improved outcomes for justice-involved individuals.

• Weekdays: 6 a.m. – 7 p.m. (closed 2–3 p.m.) 
• Weekends & Holidays: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. (closed 2–3 p.m.)
