Cost to file for divorce is $289.00
Forms to request a waiver of these fees can be found in the folder titled: GENERAL FORMS with INSTRUCTIONS and it is an F-6 packet. However, if you file a Joint Petition you would need to complete a Joint Application to Waive Fees and Costs and that is the F-6JP forms packet.
