Can Animal Control pick up feral cats?

Unfortunately WCRAS Animal Control does not pick up cats as there are no lease laws for them and they are free to roam. One is welcomed to trap the cats and bring them into WCRAS as feral/strays.
The traps are available at both Harbor Freight and Home depot.
