General Trailer Regulations

Code Violation/Enforcement General
In general, trailers are allowed anywhere on your property if they are registered and appear to be in working condition (not on blocks, no flat tires, or dismantled). The trailer cannot extend into the road in such a manner that would block oncoming traffic. Additionally, no one is allowed to live in the travel trailer unless they are visiting for 2-weeks at a time no more than 4 times a year.
