A Declaration (or Statement) of Domicile is filed at the Second Judicial District Court. There is a $5.00 filing fee. Please see payment methods below. Unfortunately, Washoe County does not yet have forms for this purpose but you can use the Clark County form but will need to change any reference to Clark County to Washoe County.
You can file this document at 75 Court Street, Reno, NV 89501. Our hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Payment in Person:
Payment can be made in person by cash, money order, personal check or credit card (VISA and MasterCard only). The ID of the person presenting the payment by personal check or credit card must match the name on credit card or check. 3rd party checks are not accepted
