For the businesses that are not mandated to close, we are strongly encouraging them to comply with the CDC recommendations to reduce the spread of the virus.

We have verified with NV Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) that they are the point of contact for enforcement of those regulations as set out by the Governor. 

The public is encouraged to contact NV OSHA at: 775-688-3700 to report an employer who is not adhering to proper safety protocols or one may also find OSHA online at OSHA.gov where they have provided additional information regarding workplace safety.
