Reservable Facilities

Washoe County has reservable facilities including community centers, covered picnic pavilions, gardens, museums, individual and group campsites and historic buildings. For more information on specific facilities, please choose an option from the menu on the left.

Business Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00 pm. 

 IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:

• Read Terms and Conditions and Reservation Guidelines before reserving a facility
• Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance
• The facility use fee, along with a refundable cleaning/security deposit, is due when the reservation is made
• Forms of payment:  Credit card over the phone.  Cash, check, money order or credit card in person
• When a reservation is made and payment tendered, the Cancellation Policy is in affect.  Click here for the Reservation Cancellation Policy
• Events with more than 50 in attendance or where alcohol is available require a certificate of liability due two weeks before the event
• Existing Reservations:  all hours must be paid for and finalized, proof of insurance and security submitted 30 days before your event
• Please make sure you have included enough time for the setup, decoration and cleanup of your event
• All building reservations include a limited number of chairs and tables for your use free of charge
• We recommend you view the facility before making your reservation.  Arrangements may be made by calling the individual park
• Amplified sound (music) is not permitted in outdoor areas
